What we collect

When you subscribe to our email list, we collect:

• Your email address — the one you submit in the form.
• The time you subscribed, the source of the signup (popup / button), a one-way hash of your IP address (used only for rate-limit and abuse prevention; we do not store your raw IP), and your browser user-agent string.

We do not collect names, demographic data, payment information, or any other personal data through this form.

How we use it

• To send you the daily AI briefing and related updates from thehype.radio.
• To prevent abuse of the subscription form (rate limit, spam protection).

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Your email is stored in a private database on our server (Google Cloud, Middle East region). When we begin sending newsletters, we may use an email-delivery provider (such as Resend or Mailchimp) — at that point we will update this notice to name the provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold your email address.
• Remove your email from our list at any time. (Once we start sending mail, every email will include an unsubscribe link.)
• Export the data we have on your email address.

Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to remember whether you've already subscribed or recently closed the subscription popup. This data lives only in your browser and is never sent to our server.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
